Cllr Terry Kelly I know it's a bit late (I've been away on business), but I would just like to wish my pet socialist Councillor Terry Kelly a happy 59th birthday. Whatever his faults (and there are many), one thing can be mentioned in his favour, without him the world would be a less humourous (though smarter) place to live in everyday.
