Quote of the Day 10.11.2007

"Sometimes I think Mrs Thatcher is a nice kind sort of woman. Then the next day I see her on television and she frightens me rigid. She has got eyes like a psychotic killer, but a voice like a gentle person. It is a bit confusing." - Adrian Mole (or was it Johann Hari or Paul Burgin?!?)
Sounds like my kind of politican; she is one of us! Bobby Lashley take note; this is how a soft-spoken person intimidates others.

Quote of the Day 10.9.2007: Paul Burgin's Life On Mars

The so-called 'Christian Socialist' Labour Blogger Paul "Nice But Dim" Burgin has never had a firm grasp of reality, but today he has excelled himself at oxymorony with this blatantly obvious lie in the latest post on his Mars Hill blog about the Islamonazi Al-Qaeda Don Usama Bin Laden:

"What amases me is that, as one BBC Correspondent put it, he is trying to influence western opinion. He stated for example, surprise that Bush was elected for a second term of office. What he seems to fail to understand is that the very people who dislike Bush loathe Bin Laden even more. No one will forget what he was responsible for and, whilst there may be differences of opinion as to how to deal with him, very few westerners believe that his actions should go unpunished."
It should as plain as day even to this Marxist Martian that the 99.7% of the Left are going out their way to appease the warmongering, homophobic, misogynistic murder Bin Laden because he is the enemy of the Left's great enemies - the 'evil' liberty-loving capitalist 'Great Satans' of George W. Bush and the United States of America.
Paul, I will always be grateful for what you have done for me and you do seem to be a decent (if a rather boring Adrian Mole-type) man, but there is an old saying; 'duty has no sweethearts' and would be failing in my Christian duty not to point out to you the absurd, even dangerous deceptions and other follies you make in your arguments.
